Job Title: Senior Managing Consultant – Services Business Development

Job Description: AAs a Senior Managing Consultant for Services Business Development specializing in AI and Digital across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, you will lead commercial development for data-driven digital and AI services — helping financial institutions and payment ecosystem participants across EEMEA harness advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital solutions to drive business growth and competitive differentiation. You will combine deep domain expertise with strong commercial instincts to originate and close complex services engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial development for AI and digital services across EEMEA — originating and closing complex services engagements with financial institutions and payment participants
• Help financial institutions and payment ecosystem participants harness AI, advanced analytics, and digital solutions to drive business growth
• Build and manage C-suite and senior relationships with financial institution and fintech clients across the EEMEA region
• Design and present tailored AI and digital services propositions that address specific client business challenges and opportunities
• Develop and execute business development strategy for AI and digital services across EEMEA in alignment with global services commercial objectives
• Create market-relevant thought leadership on AI and digital transformation in financial services for EEMEA markets
• Collaborate with delivery and product teams to ensure commercial proposals accurately reflect service capabilities and delivery commitments
• Represent the AI and digital services practice at major EEMEA financial services, payments, and technology industry events

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant senior consulting or business development experience in AI, digital transformation, or data analytics within financial services
• Proven track record originating and closing complex AI or digital services engagements with financial institution clients across EEMEA
• Deep understanding of AI and digital transformation applications in payments, banking, and financial services
• Strong C-suite relationship management and commercial negotiation skills
• Excellent thought leadership development and executive communication capabilities
