Job Title: Senior Manager SME Acquisition & Sales Enablement

Job Description: As a Senior Manager SME Acquisition & Sales Enablement for SME Cards, you will lead acquisition and sales-enablement activity for a Saudi cards program, developing commercial plans, supporting sales teams, tracking pipeline performance, coordinating stakeholders, and helping grow SME card adoption during a twelve-month on-site engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SME card acquisition plans
• Define target segments, prospecting priorities, and sales-enablement requirements
• Support sales teams with propositions, materials, processes, and performance guidance
• Track acquisition pipeline, conversion, activation, and sales productivity
• Coordinate campaigns and initiatives aimed at increasing SME card adoption
• Work with product, operations, risk, compliance, and channel stakeholders
• Identify barriers in the acquisition journey and support process improvements
• Prepare commercial performance reports and recommendations for program leadership

Qualifications Needed:

• Ten to twelve years of relevant cards, payments, banking, or fintech experience
• Strong experience in SME customer acquisition and sales enablement
• Knowledge of SME card products and commercial customer needs
• Ability to manage pipeline, conversion, activation, and performance metrics
• Strong cross-functional and senior-stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh for a twelve-month contract engagement
