Job Title: Senior Manager, DCM & Loan Syndication

Job Description: As a Senior Manager of Debt Capital Markets and Loan Syndication at Commercial Bank of Dubai, you will lead the origination, structuring, and execution of DCM transactions and syndicated loans for corporate and institutional clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the origination and execution of debt capital markets transactions, including bonds, sukuk, and syndicated loans.
• Structure and price transactions, manage documentation, and coordinate with syndicate banks and investors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, and financial institutions.
• Monitor market conditions, credit markets, and regulatory developments to inform transaction strategy.

Qualifications Needed:

• 8+ years of DCM, loan syndication, or corporate finance experience in banking or financial services.
• Deep understanding of debt capital markets, syndication structures, and credit analysis.
• Proven track record of executing high-value DCM transactions in the UAE or GCC.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
