Job Title: Senior Manager, Commercial Card & B2B Payment

Job Description: As a Senior Manager for Commercial Cards and B2B Payments at PayTech Nexus, you will lead the growth and expansion of the commercial card portfolio in Bahrain for a 12-month contract with potential extension [citation:6][citation:12].

Responsibilities:

• Drive growth of the commercial card portfolio across large corporates and mid-market segments.
• Identify and unlock B2B supplier payment opportunities, increasing card penetration [citation:6][citation:12].
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with regional priorities.
• Manage relationships with corporate clients, positioning the bank as a trusted advisor in supplier payments [citation:6][citation:12].

Qualifications Needed:

• 12-18+ years of experience in corporate banking, payments, or commercial cards [citation:6][citation:12].
• Strong expertise in B2B payments and corporate client management; a proven track record in business development and revenue growth.
• Strong experience across GCC banking markets; previous banking or fintech experience is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
