Job Title:  Senior Manager – Banking & Insurance

Job Description: As a Senior Manager covering Banking and Insurance, you will create thought leadership and market-relevant assets tailored to GCC priorities — including open banking, instant payments, and IFRS 17 digital insurance claims transformation. You will operate across various sectors including transport, energy, banking, insurance, and the public sector, addressing challenges in financial services strategy, technology transformation, and regulatory change across the Middle East.

Responsibilities:

• Create thought leadership and market-relevant assets tailored to GCC priorities including open banking, instant payments, and IFRS 17 digital claims
• Address challenges across banking, insurance, transport, energy, and the public sector in the Middle East region
• Lead consulting engagements covering financial services strategy, technology transformation, and regulatory change
• Develop and deliver client-facing advisory work on banking technology, open banking regulations, and insurance digitalization
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across UAE and GCC banking and insurance institutions
• Contribute to business development through market knowledge, thought leadership, and client network development
• Mentor consulting team members and contribute to knowledge development within the banking and insurance practice
• Represent the organization at UAE and GCC banking, fintech, and insurance industry forums

Qualifications Needed:

• Senior management consulting or advisory experience covering banking, insurance, or financial technology in the GCC
• Deep expertise in open banking, instant payments, and/or IFRS 17 insurance accounting and technology
• Proven ability to create market-relevant thought leadership tailored to GCC financial services priorities
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client delivery and stakeholder engagement
• Arabic language skills preferred for GCC financial services client engagement
