Job Title: Senior IT Compliance Specialist

Job Description: As a Senior IT Compliance Specialist at capital.com, you will ensure IT systems and processes comply with regulatory standards, internal policies, and industry best practices for a regulated fintech and trading platform.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT compliance policies, controls, and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct IT compliance audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability reviews.
• Monitor compliance with data protection, cybersecurity, and financial services regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and compliance teams to address gaps and enhance controls.

Qualifications Needed:

• 6+ years of IT compliance, audit, or information security experience in fintech, trading, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Experience with IT audit tools, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring.
• Relevant certifications (CISA, CISSP, CISM) preferred; fluent in English.
