Job Title: Senior Frontend Engineer (SME Digital Banking)

Job Description: As a Senior Frontend Engineer for a next-generation SME digital banking platform, you will lead the design and delivery of modern, scalable user interfaces — building the frontend of a platform that redefines how SME businesses access and interact with digital banking services. You will combine deep frontend engineering expertise with fintech and banking product knowledge to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of modern, scalable frontend interfaces for a next-generation SME digital banking platform
• Build high-quality, responsive, and accessible frontend components using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
• Collaborate with Backend Engineers, UX Designers, Product Managers, and Banking Technology teams on product delivery
• Implement and optimise frontend features for SME banking product flows — account management, payments, and analytics
• Conduct code reviews and technical design sessions — setting frontend engineering standards for the platform
• Optimise frontend performance for reliability, accessibility, and speed across SME banking user journeys
• Contribute to the frontend architecture and design system for a scalable, modular digital banking product
• Experience in fintech, trading, or operational platforms — strongly preferred

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven senior frontend engineering experience with exposure to fintech, trading, or operational platforms
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)
• Experience building financial services or digital banking frontend applications preferred
• Deep understanding of frontend performance optimisation, accessibility, and web standards
• Strong code review and technical mentoring skills for senior-level engineering contribution
• UAE banking or fintech frontend engineering experience preferred
