Job Description: As Senior Financial Crime Operations Lead, you will lead alert handling and case management, protecting the bank from financial crime.

Responsibilities:

• Lead alert handling and case management for financial crime.
• Develop and refine detection rules and workflows.
• Manage investigations and escalations.
• Mentor operations leads and collaborate with compliance and technology teams.

Qualifications Needed:

• 8+ years of financial crime operations experience in digital banking or fintech.
• Deep understanding of AML/CFT, alert handling, and case management.
• Proven track record of leading financial crime operations teams.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
