We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for fintech operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

Develop financial models and forecasts for fintech products.

Analyze business performance, KPIs, and profitability.

Prepare financial reports and presentations for executives.

Support budgeting and capital allocation processes.

Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.

Collaborate with finance, product, and operations teams.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications Needed

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CFA preferred).

4–7 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in fintech.

Strong Excel, financial modeling, and reporting skills.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of financial regulations and fintech industry dynamics.
