Job Title: Senior Director of Institutional Sales

Job Description: Looking for a Senior Director of Institutional Sales. The role leads the growth of institutional sales in a fast-evolving fintech environment, acting as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored institutional financial solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the growth of institutional sales in a fast-evolving fintech environment across the UAE and MENA region
  • Act as a trusted advisor to institutional clients — understanding their financial needs and delivering tailored fintech and financial technology solutions
  • Build and manage a pipeline of institutional clients including hedge funds, family offices, asset managers, financial institutions, and corporate treasury teams
  • Drive end-to-end institutional sales from initial engagement through commercial negotiation, solution design, and contract close
  • Develop and execute FMD Tech’s institutional sales strategy — setting targets, building the team, and driving revenue growth
  • Build and maintain senior-level institutional client relationships across the UAE and broader MENA market
  • Represent FMD Tech at regional fintech, institutional investment, and financial services industry events
  • Provide market intelligence on the MENA institutional fintech landscape and identify new client segments and opportunities

Qualifications Needed:

  • Significant institutional sales or business development leadership experience within fintech, financial technology, or financial services
  • Proven track record leading and growing institutional sales functions in a fintech environment
  • Deep understanding of institutional financial services client needs and decision-making processes
  • Existing network among institutional clients (hedge funds, family offices, asset managers, banks) in the UAE or MENA region preferred
  • Excellent leadership, commercial, and senior stakeholder management skills
  • Strong Arabic and English communication skills for UAE institutional market engagement preferred
