Job Title: Senior Compliance Manager

Job Description: As a Senior Compliance Manager, you will lead compliance for a UK-listed CFD broker’s Dubai office, reporting to the UK and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead compliance for the Dubai office, including policies, procedures, and controls.
• Ensure compliance with UAE and UK regulatory frameworks.
• Manage regulatory relationships, filings, and examinations.
• Provide compliance training and advisory support to internal teams.

Qualifications Needed:

• 8+ years of compliance experience in CFD, forex, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and UK regulatory frameworks.
• Proven track record of leading compliance for regulated entities.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English.
