Job Title: Senior Compliance Manager

Job Description: As a Senior Compliance Manager serving as MLRO at a globally established real-time cross-border payments platform, you will be responsible for leading the UAE compliance function — managing AML/CFT, regulatory engagement, licensing, and governance for a globally operating regulated payment service provider with a CBUAE licence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the UAE compliance function as Senior Compliance Manager and MLRO
• Manage AML/CFT programme — KYC, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and STR/SAR obligations for a CBUAE-licensed payment service provider
• Engage with CBUAE and applicable UAE financial regulators on compliance and licensing matters
• Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures for a globally regulated payments platform
• Conduct compliance monitoring and testing — reporting findings to senior management and governance structures
• Provide strategic compliance advisory to Product, Commercial, and Technology teams on regulatory requirements
• Build and develop the UAE compliance team as the global payments platform scales
• Monitor UAE and global payment regulatory developments affecting the platform’s compliance programme

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Senior Compliance Manager or MLRO experience within a globally established regulated payment service provider
• Deep knowledge of CBUAE payment regulatory requirements and UAE payment compliance frameworks
• Strong AML/CFT programme management and regulatory engagement experience for payment entities
• Excellent leadership, regulatory strategy, and compliance team development skills
• CAMS or equivalent compliance qualification required
• UAE payment regulatory compliance experience strongly preferred
