Job Title: Senior Business Specialist

Job Description: As a Senior Business Specialist at Wio Bank, a digital smart bank, you will drive strategic business initiatives, optimise operational processes, and support product development to enhance the digital banking experience for customers and partners.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis and execution of strategic business projects, including product launches, process improvements, and market expansion.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Monitor business performance, identify opportunities for growth, and prepare reports for senior leadership.
• Support stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of business analysis or strategy experience in digital banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of digital banking products, customer journeys, and operational workflows.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; proficiency in Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
