Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Description: As a Business Analyst in the Banking Domain at a banking and technology consultancy, you will apply exposure to large-scale transformation or core banking implementation programs — with proven expertise in at least one major banking domain — to deliver business analysis for complex UAE banking transformation and core banking implementation mandates.

Responsibilities:

• Apply exposure to large-scale transformation or core banking implementation programmes to business analysis
• Demonstrate proven expertise in at least one major banking domain — payments, lending, trade finance, or treasury
• Gather and document business requirements for large-scale core banking and transformation implementations
• Conduct gap analysis and produce functional specifications for core banking system deployments
• Support integration between core banking systems and sub-systems for complex banking implementations
• Participate in UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution for large-scale core banking programmes
• Coordinate with Banking Technology, Operations, and Compliance teams on transformation requirements
• Produce structured business analysis outputs and project status reporting for banking client governance

Qualifications Needed:

• Exposure to large-scale transformation or core banking implementation programs — highly preferred
• Proven expertise in at least one major banking domain — required for this banking domain BA role
• Strong business analysis, requirements documentation, and core banking system knowledge
• Understanding of UAE banking regulatory environment and core banking implementation standards
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical communication for complex banking transformation
• UAE or GCC large-scale core banking implementation business analysis experience strongly preferred
