Job Title: Senior AI Engineer

Job Description: As a Senior AI Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy production-grade artificial-intelligence and generative-AI systems for regulated financial-services and banking clients, serving as a technical pillar for enterprise agents, RAG pipelines, deep-learning models, MLOps workflows, and secure AI integration.

Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize enterprise generative-AI applications and multi-agent frameworks
• Architect scalable retrieval-augmented generation pipelines with vector databases and semantic search
• Develop and evaluate prompting methods, guardrails, and context-management strategies
• Train, fine-tune, and deploy models across natural-language processing and computer vision
• Evaluate proprietary and open-source foundation models for performance, latency, and cost
• Optimize models for production inference, including ONNX-based deployment approaches
• Build data preprocessing, feature-engineering, SQL, NoSQL, and vector-store pipelines
• Establish evaluation frameworks for model accuracy, drift, latency, safety, and production quality

Qualifications Needed:

• Advanced Python engineering capability for production AI systems
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or comparable deep-learning frameworks
• Strong knowledge of generative AI, RAG, agentic systems, prompt engineering, and vector databases
• Experience with cloud AI services, MLOps, model deployment, and production monitoring
• Ability to work with structured and unstructured data across SQL and NoSQL platforms
• Strong technical communication; a master’s degree or PhD in a relevant discipline is preferred
