Job Title: Senior Advisor

Job Description: As a Senior Advisor for Investment Banking at a globally connected investment and capital advisory firm, you will apply 10+ years in investment banking, M&A advisory, capital markets, private equity, or corporate finance — bringing credibility, sector knowledge, and established relationships — to senior advisory on a remote basis.

Responsibilities:

• Apply 10+ years in investment banking, M&A advisory, capital markets, private equity, or corporate finance
• Bring credibility, sector knowledge, and established banking and investment relationships to advisory
• Provide senior investment banking advisory — M&A strategy, capital raising, and financial restructuring
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, corporations, and capital markets participants
• Lead senior advisory engagements across M&A, IPO, and debt and equity capital markets transactions
• Produce senior advisory materials — strategic recommendations, investment memoranda, and financial analysis
• Coordinate with Execution, Legal, and Compliance teams on senior advisory transaction delivery
• Work remotely as part of a globally connected investment banking and capital advisory team

Qualifications Needed:

• 10+ years in investment banking, M&A advisory, capital markets, private equity, or corporate finance — required
• Credibility, sector knowledge, and established investment banking relationships — required for senior advisory
• Proven Senior Advisor experience with M&A, IPO, and capital markets transaction advisory background
• CFA, ACA, or equivalent qualification preferred for senior investment banking advisory mandate
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and advisory communication for global remote delivery
• GCC or global investment banking senior advisor experience strongly preferred
