Job Title: Senior Accountant – Regulated Fintech

Job Description: Lead the month-end close process end-to-end and manage finance operations including client money and settlement integrity for a regulated Dubai fintech. Experience in fintech, payments, or high-volume transaction environments is required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the month-end close process end-to-end
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in a fintech environment
• Manage client money and settlement integrity processes
• Lead finance process optimisation and automation efforts
• Maintain accurate financial records and support regulatory reporting obligations
• Coordinate with compliance and operations teams on transaction reconciliation
• Prepare financial reports and management accounts for senior leadership

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
• Experience in fintech, payments, or high-volume transaction environments is required
• Proficiency in accounting platforms used within regulated fintech operations
• Knowledge of IFRS and applicable UAE financial regulations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex reconciliations
