Job Title: Sandbox Fintech Founder-in-Residence

Job Description: As a Sandbox Fintech Founder-in-Residence, you will build a new payments venture inside a fintech studio, driving ideation, validation, and launch.

Responsibilities:

• Build a new payments venture from concept to launch inside the fintech studio.
• Validate market opportunities through customer research and prototyping.
• Assemble and lead a founding team to execute on the venture.
• Secure initial funding and partnerships to scale the venture.

Qualifications Needed:

• 8+ years of fintech, payments, or startup experience, with a track record of building products or ventures.
• Deep understanding of payments, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, fundraising, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
