Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Job Description: The Salesforce Technical Lead will architect and develop the Salesforce platform to support IC Markets’ commercial, client services, and operations teams — driving CRM efficiency, data integrity, and scalable automation across the business.

Responsibilities:*

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other modules relevant to IC Markets’ CRM needs
• Architect scalable, well-structured Salesforce solutions using best practice patterns, Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components
• Manage Salesforce integrations with internal trading platforms, data warehouses, and third-party systems via APIs
• Lead code reviews, technical documentation, and maintain high standards of Salesforce development quality
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that drive commercial and operational efficiency
• Manage Salesforce platform health including performance optimization, data quality, and governance
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior Salesforce developers and administrators
• Stay current on Salesforce product releases and drive adoption of relevant new features and capabilities

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience including hands-on Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration design
• Salesforce certifications required (Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or equivalent)
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally Financial Services Cloud
• Strong API integration skills (REST/SOAP) with experience connecting Salesforce to external systems
• Experience in financial services, fintech, forex/CFD, or trading businesses preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
