Job Title: Sales Operations Coordinator

Job Description: As a Sales Operations Coordinator at a multi-asset brokerage in Dubai, you will coordinate sales operations and CRM workflows, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sales operations, including CRM management, reporting, and process improvement.
• Support the sales team with data entry, pipeline management, and documentation.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years of sales operations or coordination experience in Forex, CFD, or fintech.
• Strong proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
