Job Title: Sales Director – Financial Services

Job Description: Seeking a Sales Director for Financial Services across the MENA region from Dubai. The role requires 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience — preferably in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, blockchain, distributed systems, or fintech platforms — with a track record of selling to financial services institutions at the C-suite level.n.

Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise technology sales for the Hashgraph Association’s financial services sector across the MENA region
• Drive revenue from financial services institutions including banks, investment managers, fintechs, and capital markets firms requiring blockchain and DLT infrastructure
• Build and manage a high-quality enterprise sales pipeline — from initial engagement through commercial negotiation, proof-of-concept, and contract close
• Present the Hedera network’s distributed ledger technology capabilities and financial services applications to C-suite and senior technology decision-makers
• Develop and execute MENA financial services sales strategy in alignment with Hashgraph’s global commercial objectives
• Build and maintain senior relationships with financial services executives, regulators, and ecosystem partners across the UAE and broader MENA region
• Represent the Hashgraph Association at MENA fintech, blockchain, and financial technology industry events and conferences
• Provide market intelligence on the MENA financial services technology landscape and DLT adoption trends

Qualifications Needed:

• 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience — preferably in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, blockchain, distributed systems, or fintech platforms
• Proven track record of closing large, complex enterprise technology deals with financial services clients at C-suite level
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, distributed ledger technology, and their applications in financial services
• Existing network among UAE and MENA financial services institutions, regulators, and technology decision-makers preferred
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, and senior executive relationship management skills
• Strong understanding of the UAE and MENA fintech and blockchain regulatory landscape
