Job Title: Sales Account Manager – MENA

Job Description: The Sales Account Manager will build a pipeline of SME and mid-market business clients in the MENA region — presenting Ebury’s solutions, converting prospects, and managing relationships to grow transaction volumes and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a client portfolio of SME and mid-market businesses requiring cross-border payments and FX solutions in the MENA region
  • Drive new client acquisition through outbound prospecting, networking, and referral channels in the UAE market
  • Present Ebury’s cross-border payment, FX risk management, and trade finance solutions to senior finance and treasury decision-makers
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through onboarding and account activation
  • Grow existing client relationships — identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Ebury’s product suite
  • Monitor client transaction activity and proactively engage clients to maximize volumes and retention
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, and Product teams to ensure smooth client service delivery
  • Represent Ebury at UAE business events and trade finance forums

Qualifications Needed:

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales or account management experience in fintech, payments, FX, or financial services
  • Understanding of SME cross-border payment needs, FX risk management, and international treasury challenges
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth in a B2B financial services context
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; Arabic language preferred for MENA client engagement
  • Target-driven commercial mindset with ability to manage a pipeline and close business
