Job Title: Risk Manager – Regulated Entity

Job Description: Oversee derivatives compliance and risk operations for Binance’s regulated entity in Abu Dhabi. Analyse regulatory standards, design SOPs, monitor operations, and liaise with regulators to ensure compliance and manage operational risks for a global crypto leader.

Responsibilities:*

• Oversee derivatives compliance for Binance’s regulated entity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory standards
• Analyse applicable standards and regulations relevant to derivatives activities and translate these into operational requirements
• Design Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for derivatives compliance and risk management
• Monitor day-to-day derivatives operations to ensure ongoing compliance and identify risk exposures
• Liaise with regulators including ADGM FSRA on derivatives compliance matters
• Conduct risk assessments and identify control gaps in derivatives operations
• Collaborate with internal teams across Legal, Product, and Operations on derivatives regulatory requirements
• Prepare and submit required regulatory reports related to derivatives activities

Qualifications Needed:

• Over 5 years of experience in financial institutions with specific expertise in derivatives compliance or risk management
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory standards
• Experience designing SOPs and managing operational risk in a regulated financial environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to liaise effectively with regulators
• Knowledge of ADGM or comparable regulated entity frameworks preferred
