We are searching for a detail-oriented Risk Manager to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks across our fintech operations. The role involves ensuring that risk management frameworks align with regulatory requirements and business objectives while safeguarding customer trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise risk management policies.

• Identify operational, financial, and technological risks.

• Perform regular risk assessments and prepare mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with compliance, finance, and product teams to ensure risk controls.

• Monitor fraud, cybersecurity threats, and financial exposures.

• Report risk findings to senior management and recommend action plans.

• Stay updated on fintech regulations and global risk management practices.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, or related field.

• 5+ years of risk management experience, preferably in fintech or banking.

• Strong knowledge of AML, fraud prevention, and cybersecurity frameworks.

• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
