Job Title: Risk Analyst

Job Description: As a Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across our organization. You will analyze data, develop risk models, and provide recommendations to minimize exposure and protect our company and customers from potential threats.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess risks across various areas of the organization, including credit, operational, and compliance risks.

• Develop and maintain risk models and methodologies to quantify and measure risk exposures.

• Monitor key risk indicators and performance metrics, and escalate issues as needed.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk mitigation strategies and controls.

• Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to risk management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in risk management or related roles.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and statistical analysis.

• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and methodologies.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
