Job Description: As a Retail Banking Leader, you will drive strategic growth, digital transformation, and operational excellence across retail banking products and channels in a multi-market environment, with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic direction and performance of retail banking operations across multiple markets.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including mobile banking, customer experience, and fintech partnerships.
• Oversee product development, sales strategies, and customer acquisition to achieve business growth targets.
• Manage a large, cross-functional team and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.

Qualifications Needed:

• 12+ years of retail banking leadership experience, with a proven track record in multi-market or regional roles.
• Deep understanding of retail banking products, digital channels, and regulatory frameworks in the GCC.
• Strong strategic thinking, change management, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
