Job Title: Remittance Operations Specialist

Job Description: As a Remittance Operations Specialist, you will process and reconcile outbound transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Process outbound remittance transfers, including data entry and verification.
• Reconcile transfers and resolve discrepancies with partners.
• Ensure compliance with CBO regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with finance, compliance, and customer support teams.

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years of remittance or payments operations experience in fintech or financial services.
• Strong understanding of remittance processes, reconciliation, and compliance.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in operations systems.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
