Job Title: Relationship Officer, Retail Legal Collections

Job Description: As a Relationship Officer in Retail Legal Collections, you will maximize recoveries from charged-off retail cases by analysing repayment issues, engaging customers, negotiating practical settlement arrangements, and coordinating internal support through accurate follow-up and management information.

Responsibilities:

• Review charged-off accounts and analyse reasons for repayment failure
• Contact customers and maintain structured follow-up on overdue liabilities
• Negotiate settlement and repayment arrangements within approved parameters
• Support customers in resolving issues that affect repayment capability
• Coordinate with legal, operations, service, and recovery stakeholders
• Use MIS reports to prioritize cases and monitor recovery performance
• Maintain accurate case notes, commitments, and follow-up actions
• Contribute to recovery targets while maintaining appropriate customer treatment

Qualifications Needed:

• United Arab Emirates nationality required
• Retail collections, recovery, customer-service, or banking experience
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyse account information and repayment behaviour
• Comfort handling difficult customer conversations professionally
• Accurate recordkeeping and MIS follow-up capability
