Job Title: Relationship Manager

Job Description: As a Relationship Manager for Elite Banking Acquisition at a UAE commercial bank, you will be responsible for focusing on New to Bank acquisition — leveraging an existing client base to grow a premium banking client portfolio while ensuring no mis-selling to customers by offering products and services transparently. You will apply a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the financial services industry to deliver consistent, best-in-class client service across premium banking products.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on New to Bank acquisition — growing a premium banking client portfolio through proactive prospecting
• Leverage existing client base to expand the elite banking client portfolio through referrals and relationship management
• Ensure no mis-selling to customers by offering products and services transparently and in line with suitability standards
• Deliver consistent and best-in-class client service across premium banking products and financial services
• Present and promote elite banking products including deposits, investments, credit, and premium financial services
• Achieve monthly and quarterly client acquisition and portfolio growth targets
• Ensure all client interactions comply with UAE banking regulations, KYC requirements, and service quality standards
• Build strong long-term client relationships through proactive, transparent financial advisory

Qualifications Needed:

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry
• Proven Relationship Manager or Banking Sales experience with a track record of new client acquisition
• Strong understanding of UAE premium banking products and elite banking client needs
• Commitment to transparent, no mis-selling client service delivery
• Excellent Arabic and English communication for UAE elite banking client engagement
• UAE banking regulatory compliance knowledge including KYC and investment suitability requirements
