Job Title: Relationship Analyst

Job Description: As a Relationship Analyst at a globally established institutional asset management firm, you will support client relationships with public funds, central banks, insurance entities, endowments, foundations, mutual fund sponsors, and retirement plan sponsors — providing analytical, relationship, and operational support for a globally connected investment management institution’s Middle East client base.

Responsibilities:

• Support client relationships with public funds, central banks, insurance entities, endowments, foundations, mutual fund sponsors, and retirement plan sponsors
• Provide analytical, relationship, and operational support for the firm’s Middle East institutional client base
• Conduct investment performance analysis, attribution reporting, and portfolio analytics for institutional clients
• Prepare client reports, presentations, and investment documentation for Relationship Managers and senior colleagues
• Coordinate with portfolio management, operations, and compliance teams on client-specific requirements
• Monitor institutional client portfolio performance and flag material changes for Relationship Manager attention
• Build foundational institutional asset management relationship skills through structured on-the-job exposure
• Develop a professional network within a globally connected asset management firm’s Middle East team

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven analyst or early-career professional with interest in institutional asset management and client relationship management
• Strong investment analysis, portfolio analytics, and financial reporting skills
• Understanding of institutional investment products — equities, fixed income, alternatives, and multi-asset portfolios
• Excellent written and verbal communication for institutional-quality client reporting and presentation
• Arabic language skills advantageous for UAE and MENA institutional client engagement
• CFA or equivalent investment qualification preferred or in progress
