Job Title: Relationship Analyst

Job Description: As a Relationship Analyst at a globally established investment management firm serving institutional clients — including public funds, central banks, insurance entities, endowments, foundations, mutual fund sponsors, and retirement plan sponsors — you will support institutional client relationship management activities across a globally recognized investment manager’s Dubai operations.

Responsibilities:

• Support institutional client relationship management for a globally established investment management firm
• Serve clients including public funds, central banks, insurance entities, endowments, foundations, mutual fund sponsors, and retirement plan sponsors
• Conduct institutional client relationship analytics — preparing reports, performance presentations, and relationship intelligence
• Coordinate with portfolio managers, product specialists, and marketing teams on client servicing activities
• Prepare client meeting materials, briefing notes, and investment performance presentations for senior RMs
• Monitor institutional investment management market developments and client segment trends
• Produce relationship analytics and management information for senior institutional relationship leadership
• Build foundational institutional relationship management skills through structured mentoring and client exposure

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Relationship Analyst or institutional client management experience within investment management
• Strong analytical and written communication skills for institutional investment management client advisory
• Understanding of institutional investment management products and client segment dynamics — public funds, central banks, insurance entities
• Excellent organizational and preparation skills for client meeting and presentation management
• CFA or equivalent investment qualification preferred or in progress
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE and MENA institutional client engagement
