Job Title: Regulatory & Compliance Relations Officer

Job Description: As a Regulatory & Compliance Relations Officer at D360 Bank, you will manage regulatory relationships, ensure compliance with SAMA and other local regulations, and support the bank’s licensing and reporting obligations.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison with SAMA and other regulatory bodies on compliance matters.
• Manage regulatory filings, licensing applications, and examinations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on bank operations.
• Coordinate with internal compliance, legal, and risk teams to ensure timely regulatory responses.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of regulatory affairs or compliance experience in banking or fintech in Saudi Arabia.
• Deep knowledge of SAMA regulations, licensing frameworks, and AML/CFT requirements.
• Strong organisational, writing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; relevant compliance certifications preferred.
