Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Manager

Job Description: As a Regulatory Compliance Manager Graduate on Revolut’s 12-month Rev-celerator Graduate Programme, you will join the Compliance team that blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking, supporting cross-regional initiatives and helping the global financial super app scale responsibly while meeting its regulatory obligations from the company’s UAE tech hub.

Responsibilities:

• Support cross-regional initiatives to help the company scale responsibly while meeting regulatory obligations
• Partner with senior managers and gain global compliance exposure across multiple markets
• Work on real projects and solve complex regulatory challenges from day one of the programme
• Help ensure products meet legal and policy requirements while delivering real value to customers
• Find smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk in a fast-moving, digital environment
• Explore different areas of the compliance function throughout the 12-month structured programme

Qualifications Needed:

• Ambitious graduate ready to launch a career in fintech
• Willingness to relocate to one of the company’s tech hubs, including the UAE
• Structured learning mindset, open to hands-on training and rotational experience
• Strong analytical thinking suited to a data-driven compliance environment
• Alignment with the company’s culture of building great products and redefining success
