Job Title: QA Engineer(IT)

Job Description: As a QA Engineer(IT), you will support a fintech technology provider serving banking and financial-sector clients by designing, documenting, and executing manual and automated tests across web, mobile, backend, payment, wallet, and third-party integration workflows, while helping maintain quality, data integrity, regulatory alignment, and reliable releases in high-transaction systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, document, and execute manual and automated test cases for web, mobile, and backend applications
• Build and maintain automated test suites for functional and regression testing
• Test API integrations involving payment processing, wallet transactions, and third-party providers
• Validate data integrity across distributed systems and transactional workflows
• Integrate and maintain tests within Bitbucket Pipelines and ArgoCD CI/CD processes
• Reproduce, document, and track defects through resolution using Jira
• Participate in performance and load testing for high-transaction-volume systems
• Support UAT cycles and test coverage for Temporal workflows and Kubernetes-based microservices

Qualifications Needed:

• Three to four years of software QA or test engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar automation frameworks
• Experience testing RESTful APIs with Postman, REST Assured, or comparable tools
• Ability to write SQL queries for data validation and work within Agile or Scrum teams
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git or Bitbucket, and Kubernetes-based environments
• Fintech, payments, or banking-domain experience; ISTQB Foundation certification is an advantage
