Job Title: QA Engineer

Job Description: As a QA Engineer at a newly established fintech company in Bahrain that provides access to alternative investments by fractionalizing assets through tokenization, you will ensure the highest quality of fintech products built on blockchain technology. You will be responsible for manual testing, with a strong background in quality assurance and a passion for ensuring product excellence in a secure and compliant exchange for tokenized assets .

Responsibilities:

• Execute manual testing for fintech products and tokenization platforms
• Ensure the highest quality of blockchain-based financial products
• Identify and document defects with clear reproduction steps
• Maintain a keen eye for detail in testing financial technology applications
• Collaborate with the development team on quality assurance processes
• Support the delivery of a secure and compliant exchange for tokenized assets

Qualifications Needed:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar QA role
• Strong background in manual testing
• Keen eye for detail and passion for ensuring product quality
• Experience in fintech, blockchain, or financial services is preferred
• Understanding of quality assurance processes and defect management
• Ability to work with a sizable international team
• Based in Bahrain or willing to relocate
