Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description: As a Project Manager at Commercial Bank of Dubai, you will lead the execution of technology and business projects, managing scope, timelines, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver banking technology and business projects, including system enhancements and process improvements.
• Define project scope, create detailed plans, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Provide regular status reporting and executive-level presentations.

Qualifications Needed:

• 6+ years of project management experience in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, MS Project).
• Proven track record of delivering complex banking projects on time and within budget.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred; excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
