Job Title: Project Manager – Banking Sector

Job Description: As a Project Manager – Banking Sector at a banking services organization, you will lead complex, large-scale banking projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, governance standards, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects within banking and financial-services environments
• Define project scope, plans, milestones, dependencies, governance routines, and delivery controls
• Ensure project outcomes remain aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, vendor, and leadership stakeholders
• Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, issues, resources, and decision dependencies throughout delivery
• Apply recognized project-management methodologies and governance best practices
• Prepare project status reporting, steering materials, escalation papers, and decision logs
• Drive problem resolution and timely decision making across complex project workstreams

Qualifications Needed:

• Minimum eight years of professional project-management experience
• Mandatory experience working in banking or financial institutions
• Strong understanding of project-management methodologies, governance, and best practices
• PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification as required by the listing
• Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale projects
• Excellent stakeholder-management, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
