Job Title: Product / Project Manager – Technical

Job Description: As a Technical Product and Project Manager at a globally connected financial technology solutions firm, you will ensure alignment between product goals and engineering execution — ensuring high standards of product quality and execution across fintech and digital banking technology product delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure alignment between product goals and engineering execution across fintech technology product delivery
• Ensure high standards of product quality and execution for financial technology platform releases
• Lead technical product and project management — defining requirements, managing delivery, and ensuring quality
• Bridge the gap between product strategy and engineering teams for fintech technology platform delivery
• Conduct product discovery, technical requirement definition, and delivery management for fintech products
• Coordinate with Engineering, Compliance, Design, and Commercial teams on product quality and execution
• Produce product and project delivery documentation, status reporting, and governance materials
• Monitor fintech technology product market developments and apply best practices to delivery management

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Technical Product Manager or Project Manager experience in fintech or financial technology
• Strong understanding of alignment between product goals and engineering execution in fintech environments
• Excellent technical communication, requirements management, and delivery governance skills
• Understanding of fintech technology architecture and digital banking product development
• Relevant product management or project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred
