Job Title: Product Owner (UX)

Job Description: As a Product Owner for UX, you will own UX product outcomes for a global digital bank’s UAE app, driving user experience improvements and product development.

Responsibilities:

• Own UX product outcomes, defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Prioritise features based on user research, feedback, and business value.
• Monitor UX metrics and iterate based on data.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of product ownership or product management experience in UX, digital banking, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, and mobile app development.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English.
