Job Title: Product Owner – Bancassurance

Job Description:  As a Product Owner for Bancassurance covering both Life and Non-Life insurance products, you will be responsible for defining and delivering bancassurance product strategy — owning the product roadmap for insurance products distributed through banking and fintech channels. You will work across banking, insurance, and fintech ecosystems to build and optimize bancassurance product propositions that meet the needs of both distribution partners and end customers.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product roadmap for bancassurance Life and Non-Life insurance products distributed through banking and fintech channels
• Build and optimize bancassurance product propositions — developing insurance products that meet distribution partner and end customer needs
• Partner with banking, insurance, and fintech stakeholders to define product requirements and deliver product features
• Write clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for bancassurance product development
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis on bancassurance product trends across the UAE and GCC
• Ensure bancassurance products comply with UAE insurance regulatory requirements and banking distribution standards
• Define product success metrics and monitor bancassurance product performance post-launch
• Communicate bancassurance product strategy and roadmap to senior leadership, distribution partners, and insurance stakeholders

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant product ownership or product management experience in bancassurance, insurance, or financial services product development
• Deep understanding of Life and Non-Life insurance products and bancassurance distribution models
• Experience working across banking, insurance, and fintech ecosystems on insurance product development
• Strong agile product delivery skills with ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Knowledge of UAE insurance regulatory framework and bancassurance compliance requirements preferred
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
