Job Title: Product Owner

Job Description: As a Product Owner – Beyond Banking.Injaz-RBG-Ecosystems and Platform Banking.Retail Banking Group, you will own and deliver customer-centric, scalable, and revenue-generating ecosystem propositions, translating strategic priorities into roadmaps and releases while integrating travel, eSIM, and other beyond-banking services into digital channels across multiple markets.

Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver customer-centric, scalable, and revenue-generating beyond-banking propositions
• Translate business strategy into product roadmaps, epics, user stories, and release plans
• Prioritize the product backlog according to customer impact, revenue potential, and strategic alignment
• Integrate ecosystem propositions into digital channels and core financial-technology products
• Lead execution with engineering, design, quality assurance, data, and commercial teams
• Define and track product OKRs, performance indicators, adoption measures, and commercial outcomes
• Support external-partner onboarding, technical integration, launch readiness, and commercialization
• Coordinate delivery across risk, legal, technology, commercial teams, and participating local markets

Qualifications Needed:

• More than ten years of digital product-management experience, including at least five years in senior product-owner or product-lead roles
• Experience building platform, ecosystem, marketplace, fintech, or closely related digital propositions
• Strong understanding of digital banking, embedded finance, and non-financial ecosystem business models
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum delivery, product-backlog management, and release planning
• Commercial acumen with experience developing business cases, revenue models, and return-on-investment assessments
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and external-partner integrations across multiple markets
