Job Title: Product Operations Specialist (Crypto / Fintech)

Job Description: We are hiring multiple Product Operations Specialists for its crypto and fintech product. The role is the crucial bridge between the product, the technical team, and early-stage users, combining product operations with beta launch execution and community feedback management in a fast-paced fintech startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the crucial bridge between the product, the technical team, and early-stage users
• Execute product testing and beta launch activities, coordinating between product and engineering teams
• Collect, organize, and synthesize user feedback from early-stage community and beta testers
• Monitor product operations in the crypto and fintech environment, identifying issues and escalating to technical teams
• Manage operational workflows across the product lifecycle from beta through production launch
• Coordinate with the technical team on product bug reports, feature requests, and user experience issues
• Maintain documentation of product operations processes, feedback logs, and launch activities
• Support the growth of the early user community through operational engagement

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in product operations, community management, or operational support within a crypto or fintech startup
• Strong understanding of crypto products and fintech platforms
• Ability to act as an effective bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent operational tasks
• Strong communication skills for engaging with early-stage users and internal technical teams
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving products and priorities
