Job Title: Product Operations Manager – Peer-to-Peer Payments, QR & NFC

Job Description: As a Product Operations Manager at a UAE digital payments fintech holding a Stored Value Facility licence from CBUAE, you will manage the operational infrastructure for Ziina’s peer-to-peer payments, payment links, QR code, and NFC Tap to Pay products — driving product operations excellence for a fast-growing UAE fintech at the forefront of consumer digital payments innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage operational infrastructure for P2P payments, payment links, QR code, and NFC Tap to Pay products
• Drive product operations excellence for a CBUAE-licensed UAE consumer digital payments fintech
• Oversee payment operations — transaction processing, settlement, reconciliation, and PSP management
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Banking Partner teams on operations delivery
• Monitor payment product performance — transaction volumes, success rates, and operational SLA compliance
• Ensure all payment operations comply with CBUAE SVF regulatory requirements and standards
• Produce product operations performance reports and management information for senior leadership
• Drive continuous improvement of P2P payments, QR, and NFC product operations workflows

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Product Operations Manager experience with P2P payments, QR, or NFC digital payments background
• Strong payment operations management, transaction processing, and SVF regulatory compliance skills
• Deep understanding of UAE CBUAE SVF licensing requirements and consumer digital payments compliance
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and senior digital payments stakeholder management
• Understanding of NFC Tap to Pay, QR payment, and P2P transfer product dynamics for UAE market
• GCC or global CBUAE-licensed fintech or digital payments product operations experience strongly preferred
