Job Title: Product Manager – Liabilities & Wealth Management

Job Description: As a Product Manager for Liabilities and Wealth Management at ila Bank, you will drive the development and growth of savings, deposits, and wealth management products for a digital-first banking experience.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product roadmap for liabilities (savings, current accounts, deposits) and wealth management solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to launch innovative product features.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to prioritise offerings.
• Monitor product performance, user adoption, and profitability; drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications Needed:

• 6+ years of product management experience in retail banking, fintech, or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of deposit products, savings strategies, and investment solutions.
• Proven track record of launching successful banking or wealth products.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English.
