Job Title: Product Manager

Job Description: As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of our fintech products from concept to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision and strategy, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research and customer insights.

• Prioritize features and requirements based on business value and customer impact.

• Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market plans and product messaging.

• Measure and analyze product performance and customer feedback to iterate and improve products over time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in product management or related roles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into product features.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
