Job Title: Product Analyst

Job Description: As a Product Analyst for Fintech and Digital Commerce at a globally connected commerce and technology platform, you will apply analytical expertise to product performance monitoring, customer behavior analysis, and market trend identification — driving growth analytics for a fintech and digital commerce organization.

Responsibilities:

• Apply analytical expertise to product performance monitoring, customer behavior analysis, and market trend identification
• Develop and maintain product analytics frameworks — dashboards, KPIs, and growth performance reporting
• Conduct data-driven product analysis — user behavior, conversion funnels, and retention analytics
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and customer engagement for fintech and commerce products
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams on product analytics delivery and optimization
• Produce product analytics reports and market intelligence for senior leadership and strategy decisions
• Monitor global fintech, commerce, and digital platform market developments for product strategy
• Support A/B testing, experiment design, and statistical analysis for product optimization

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Product Analyst experience with fintech, commerce, or digital platform analytics background
• Strong marketing campaign analysis, customer behavior analytics, and product performance tracking skills
• Proficiency with analytics tools — Python, SQL, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent — for product analytics
• Deep understanding of fintech and commerce product KPIs — conversion, retention, and unit economics
• Excellent analytical, data visualization, and strategic communication for product analytics delivery
• GCC fintech or digital commerce product analyst experience strongly preferred
