Job Title: Fintech Product Analyst – User Behaviour, Retention & Growth Analytics

Job Description: As a Fintech Product Analyst specializing in User Behaviour, Retention, and Growth Analytics at a UAE fintech organization, you will apply product analytics expertise — developing user behaviour frameworks, retention analytics, and growth performance dashboards for a fast-growing UAE fintech platform committed to data-driven product excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Apply product analytics expertise to user behaviour, retention analytics, and growth performance reporting
• Develop and maintain user behaviour analytics frameworks — funnel analysis, cohort tracking, and session analytics
• Conduct retention analytics — churn modelling, re-engagement analysis, and lifecycle stage performance
• Build and maintain growth performance dashboards — DAU, MAU, activation rates, and product engagement KPIs
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams on analytics strategy and reporting delivery
• Produce product analytics reports and user behaviour insights for senior product leadership review
• Support A/B testing, experiment design, and statistical analysis for product growth optimization
• Monitor global fintech product analytics and user behaviour best practices for framework innovation

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Fintech Product Analyst experience with user behaviour, retention, and growth analytics background
• Strong funnel analysis, cohort tracking, churn modelling, and DAU/MAU analytics skills
• Proficiency with analytics tools — Amplitude, Mixpanel, Python, SQL, or equivalent — for fintech product analytics
• Deep understanding of fintech product KPIs — activation, retention, DAU/MAU, and unit economics
• Excellent analytical, data visualization, and senior product leadership communication skills
• GCC or global fintech product user behaviour and retention analytics experience strongly preferred
