Job Title: Private Banking Manager – Wealth & Retail Banking

Job Description: As a Private Banking Manager at one of the UAE’s most innovative banks, you will comply with the Basel II framework for all retail banking operations — managing high-net-worth client relationships with responsibility for immediate closure of all queries and issues for wealth customers. You will apply private banking advisory expertise to build and grow a portfolio of wealthy UAE clients across the bank’s private banking segment.

Responsibilities:

• Comply with the Basel II framework for all retail banking operations in the private banking segment
• Manage high-net-worth client relationships — responsible for immediate closure of all queries and issues for wealth customers
• Build and grow a portfolio of wealthy UAE clients across the bank’s private banking and wealth management segment
• Deliver bespoke private banking solutions — investments, credit, FX, and wealth management advisory
• Cross-sell private banking products across the full wealth management product suite
• Conduct regular client financial reviews and develop tailored wealth strategies for HNW clients
• Ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations, KYC/AML requirements, and investment suitability standards
• Achieve private banking revenue and AUM growth targets across the assigned client portfolio

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Private Banking Manager experience with established UAE HNW client portfolio management track record
• Strong understanding of Basel II framework and UAE retail and private banking regulatory requirements
• Deep expertise in private banking products — investments, credit, FX, and wealth management advisory
• Excellent client relationship management and senior stakeholder engagement skills for HNW banking
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for UAE HNW private banking client engagement
• CFA, CFP, or equivalent financial advisory qualification preferred
