Job Title: Private Banker – Executive Director

Job Description: As a Private Banker at Executive Director level within an international private bank, you will act as the most trusted financial advisor to a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices — delivering bespoke, sophisticated private banking and investment solutions across the full spectrum of wealth management, credit, estate planning, and alternative investments. You will leverage your deep UAE and international UHNW network to build, grow, and retain an exceptional private client book.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the most trusted financial advisor to UHNW individuals, families, and family offices — delivering bespoke private banking and investment solutions
• Build, grow, and retain an exceptional portfolio of UHNW private clients in the UAE through deep relationship management and proactive prospecting
• Deliver sophisticated solutions across the full wealth management spectrum — investments, credit, estate planning, philanthropy, and alternative assets
• Partner with investment specialists, credit teams, legal advisors, and family office experts on bespoke multi-disciplinary client mandates
• Represent the private banking institution at the highest levels of UHNW client engagement — building trust and cementing long-term advisory relationships
• Ensure all client interactions fully comply with UAE private banking regulations, KYC/AML requirements, and suitability standards
• Drive new client acquisition through a strong existing UHNW network, intermediary relationships, and senior referral channels
• Contribute to the development of private banking product and service capabilities relevant to UAE UHNW client needs

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant private banking experience at Executive Director or Managing Director level with an established UHNW UAE client book
• Deep expertise across the full private banking and wealth management product spectrum
• Strong existing network of UHNW individuals, family offices, and referral intermediaries in the UAE
• Excellent relationship management, financial advisory, and senior stakeholder engagement skills
• Full UAE private banking regulatory compliance expertise including KYC, AML, and suitability requirements
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for UAE UHNW client engagement
