Job Title: Principal P2P Product Specialist

Job Description: As a Principal P2P Product Specialist, you will own the peer-to-peer trading product design and performance at a global crypto exchange, driving innovation and user growth in the P2P marketplace.

Responsibilities:

• Own the P2P trading product strategy, roadmap, and execution, including features, UX, and market expansion.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver a secure, compliant, and user-friendly P2P platform.
• Analyse user behaviour, market trends, and competitor offerings to optimise product performance.
• Drive growth through merchant acquisition, liquidity management, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications Needed:

• 8+ years of product management experience in P2P platforms, marketplaces, or fintech, with a focus on crypto.
• Deep understanding of P2P trading models, escrow mechanisms, and merchant ecosystems.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills; strong proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
